Connecting Employers to a Diverse and Talented Pool of Candidates

Public or private, profit or non-profit, large or small, local or international, employers are The Career Center’s vital partners in connecting students with the world of work. The ultimate objective of this partnership is, of course, placement of our students in appropriate full-time permanent, part-time temporary, or internship/co-op positions with organizations like yours.

For this purpose, the most direct access to our student and alumni candidates is via participation in The Career Center’s comprehensive services and formal programs which include our Professional Recruiting and Experiential Education Programs.

The Center’s Professional Recruiting Programs consist of both on-campus interviewing and resume referral.

Our Experiential Education Programs offer organizations pre-screened candidates for internships, co-ops and service learning placement opportunities.

Your partnership with The Career Center also facilitates the information gathering process so vital to students engaged in career/employment search. Our efficient job posting arrangements, acclaimed career fairs, and regularly scheduled employer information sessions are all valuable ways for your organization to contribute to prospective candidates’ awareness of the diversity and abundance of employment and internship/co-op positions.
