Online Registration and Uploading Instructions
Registration
- Step 2: Click on the "Students/Alumni" icon link; then click either "Students" or "Alumni" link.
- Step 3: First timers click "Register; enter: CCNY and then enter a self-assigned access ID and Password that you will remember; confirm your password.
- Step 4: Click "Continue Registration." You will then be asked to complete registration.
Be careful to fill out all mandatory fields designated by the asterisk (*). You will also be asked to designate your level of authorization as it pertains to the distribution and access of your resume by The Career Center and employers.
After completing registration, you will be instructed to electronically upload your resume.
Uploading Your Resume
You can only upload your resume after it has been reviewed from hard copy.
Immediately after your hard copy review, you must sign in on Student Central or Alumni Central. Upload your reviewed resume in Microsoft Word (.doc).
Please note: We allow a maximum resume size of one page.
- Step 1: Log onto your home page from "Student Central" or "Alumni central" using your School Name, Access ID and Password.
- Step 2: From your home page, click the "Upload a Resume" link.
- Step 3: Follow the instructions on the page.
- Step 4: When you receive confirmation that your resume has been uploaded, click the "Continue" button to view your resume or to use other services.
We strongly urge you to view your resume after it has been uploaded.
- Step 5: You will then receive an email from the Associate Director informing you of the status of your resume (approved/ not approved).
